Lugdaa Refund & Return Policy

At Lugdaa, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free return process for our customers. Below is a comprehensive guide on our return policy, including eligibility, process, and conditions to ensure a smooth return experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • US Orders Only: Lugdaa currently provides return services exclusively for orders shipped within the United States. We are unable to accept returns for orders shipped to international addresses at this time.

2. Eligible Items for Return

  • Returnable Items: We accept returns of unworn clothing items that retain their original tags and are in their original clear garment packaging, which includes the SKU label. Items should be in new condition and free of any signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
  • No Exchanges: Currently, Lugdaa does not process exchanges. All eligible items returned will be refunded according to our return policy guidelines.

3. Return Process & Timeline

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines and timeline below:

  • Initiating a Return: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date, as indicated by the shipment’s tracking information.

    • For instance, if your order’s tracking shows it was delivered on the 1st of the month, you must submit a return request by the 8th.
  • Shipping the Return: Once your return request is approved, you’ll need to ship the items back within 7 days of the approval date to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Split Package Orders: If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins from the date and time of the last package’s delivery. This ensures that you have the flexibility to return all items in one request, even if they arrive at different times.

4. Fees & Conditions

Lugdaa reserves the right to impose certain fees and conditions for returns that don’t fully comply with the above guidelines. Please consider the following conditions carefully:

  • Restocking Fee: If items are returned without meeting the eligibility criteria (e.g., missing tags, damaged packaging), we may charge a 20% restocking fee. Alternatively, Lugdaa reserves the right to decline the entire return if criteria are not met.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, regardless of the return reason. This includes orders where free shipping was not offered.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Lugdaa shipping error or the item arrived damaged.

5. Return Processing

Once your returned package arrives at Lugdaa, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our team to review and process the return. Here’s what to expect during this time:

  • Return Confirmation: Once the return has been processed, Lugdaa will email you a confirmation with the details of the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds may take a few additional days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

6. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following categories of items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange due to hygiene, health, or other regulatory reasons:
