At Lugdaa, we are committed to providing reliable shipping options for our customers across a range of destinations. Please review our shipping policy below for information on shipping destinations, times, rates, and additional details for domestic and international orders.

Shipping Destinations

Lugdaa currently ships to the following locations:

  • United States: This includes all U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO).
    • US Territories: We also deliver to American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • International Shipping:

Shipping Times and Rates

Lugdaa charges shipping based on the total weight of the order. Our system syncs the average weight for each product with Shopify, allowing you to set customer-facing shipping rates that can be tiered according to order weight. United States (including US Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, and US Military Bases)

For all orders shipped within the U.S. and its territories, we offer the following rates and estimated delivery times:

Dropship & Sample Order Rates

  1. Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Times: 2-5 business days for U.S. products; 5-10 business days for overseas products.
    • Shipping Costs:
      • Up to 0.6 lb.: $3.99
      • Up to 1 lb.: $5.99
      • Up to 5 lb.: $9.99
      • Above 5 lb.: $14.99

  2. Expedited Shipping (Sample Orders Only)

    • Delivery Time: 2 business days.
    • Starting Rate: $14 for up to 1 lb., increasing by +$2 per additional pound.

  3. Overnight Shipping (Sample Orders Only)

    • Delivery Time: Next business day.
    • Shipping Costs:
      • Up to 1 lb.: $23
      • 1 - 5 lb.: $26 - $35
      • 6 - 10 lb.: $37 - $45
      • 11 - 15 lb.: $48 - $55
